SERVICE 01

Nobody remembers beige. Hence, we’re orange.

Brand identity, UI/UX, motion, editorial, pitch decks, packaging. If it’s seen, we have opinions about it. Strong ones.

02 — THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH

Your design is making an argument about your company. Right now it’s losing.

Before anyone reads your copy, before a demo is booked, before a sales call happens — your design has already made a first impression. And if that impression is forgettable, everything downstream works harder than it should. Salespeople over-explain. Support teams get flooded. Good products get undersold by everything around them. Design isn’t decoration. It’s the argument your company makes before anyone decides to listen.

“A forgettable brand is not a neutral choice. It’s an expensive one.”

Your brand looks like your competitor’s

Because you both briefed an agency to be “clean and professional.” Congratulations. You’re both beige.

Your interface confuses the people who paid for it

Every support ticket is a design failure in a customer service costume. Fix the design, kill the tickets.

Your pitch deck undersells the product

Investors see the deck before they see the product. Right now, the deck is doing your company a disservice.

03 — THE WORK

Eight things. All of them properly.

01 — Product UI/UX

Dashboards and flows that users understand without emailing support to ask how.

02 — Mobile UX

iOS and Android experiences designed for how people actually use their phones. Not how we wish they did.

03 — Design Systems

Tokens, components, documentation. Everything a dev team needs to stop reinventing the same button.

04 — Motion Design

Micro-interactions and transitions that make the interface feel like it was built by someone who cared.

05 — Brand Identity

Logo, colour, type, guidelines — the full system. Not just a logo file and a good luck.

06 — Pitch Decks

Investor-ready presentations that look as good as the company actually is. Sometimes better.

07 — Print & Editorial

Reports and collateral that don’t look like they were made in a hurry on a free template.

08 — Social & Marketing

Templates and campaign assets so everything that goes out the door looks like it came from the same place.

04 — HOW IT WORKS

Five steps. No mystery. No twelve-week black box.

WEEK 1

Step 01 — Audit. We look at what you have before we suggest what you need. Most studios skip this. That’s how you end up with a beautiful new website that still doesn’t do anything useful.

WEEK 1–2

Step 02 — Strategy. One document. The problem, the solution, the scope, the price. Everything locked here. The number doesn’t change after this — unless the brief does, in which case we write a new one. Before we start. Not after we finish.

WEEKS 2–6

Step 03 — Design. High-fidelity Figma. Real copy, real components, real interactions. Not grey boxes and lorem ipsum. Two to three structured revision rounds. You don’t see half-finished work.

WEEKS 4–6

Step 04 — Review and Refine. Structured feedback rounds. Not “can you make it pop.” What’s working, what isn’t, what changes — agreed in writing before we touch the file.

WEEK 6–8

Step 05 — Handover. Figma source files, asset exports, brand guidelines, component docs — all yours on delivery. We don’t hold files hostage. You paid for it. You get it.

05 — THE DIFFERENCE

They’re passionate about design. We’re just good at it.

The copy exists before the design does.

Most studios design first and fill in placeholder text later. We write the actual words before we design around them. That’s why the layouts make sense — they were built for real sentences, not thirty-seven characters of lorem ipsum.

The developer has seen the Figma file. Because the developer is us.

We don’t hand the design to a separate team and hope they read the notes. The person who designed it builds it. What you approved is what ships. Not inspired by. Not close to. Identical.

We come with opinions. You can overrule them.

We don’t arrive with a blank canvas and wait for you to fill it. We come with a direction, a rationale, and a willingness to defend both. You’re always in charge. But we won’t just nod along.

Fixed price. Actual fixed price.

Not “fixed unless it gets complicated.” What we quote is what you pay. Scope changes get a new quote in writing before we start — not a surprise line item when you’re three weeks in.

06 — WHAT HAPPENED

Clients trusted us. It worked out.

B2B SAAS · SERIES A

“−47% support tickets. Month one.”

Users stopped emailing the team because the interface started answering their questions on its own. That’s not magic. That’s design doing its job. Product UI/UX redesign

FINTECH · SEED

“11% to 26.4% trial-to-paid.”

A landing page with real copy, a clear hierarchy, and a CTA that actually said something. Turns out that works. Landing page + brand identity

EDTECH · PRE-SEED

“Pitch deck closed the round.”

Investors see hundreds of decks. This one looked like the company knew what it was doing. Because it did — and the deck finally said so. Investor pitch deck

07 — SOME THINGS WE MADE

No mood boards were harmed in the making of these.

3 — SEBI Saarthi. Full UX overhaul of a government investor education portal.

08 — WHAT CLIENTS SAID. UNEDITED.

We’d let the work speak for itself but clients keep saying things like this.

“The Figma and the live site are identical. I’ve worked with studios where something always gets lost. Nothing got lost here.”

— Tanvi V. · CPO · E-commerce SaaS · Series B

“They came with a direction on day one. Not a mood board. An actual point of view. It made the whole process faster and the work better.”

— Mohammed K. · Founder · EdTech · Pre-seed

09 — THINGS PEOPLE ASK

Every objection. Honest answers.

Do you do brand identity and UI/UX together or separately?

Both. Ideally together. When brand and UI come from the same studio, they’re coherent by default — same visual language, same decisions, same room. When they come from two separate teams, you spend weeks reconciling directions that were never aligned. We prefer not to put you through that.

What do you need from us to start?

How many revision rounds do we get?

Do we own the Figma files?

Can you work with our existing brand?

What if we need ongoing design work?

Your product works. Your design should say that.

One conversation. What’s missing, what it costs, whether we’re the right fit. No retainer before we’ve agreed on anything.
